11x, a startup developing AI-powered digital workers for sales automation, has secured $24 million in Series A funding. The round, led by Benchmark, also saw participation from existing investors, including Project A Ventures, Lux Capital, and SV Angel.
Founded in 2022, 11x aims to streamline go-to-market processes by offering AI agents that handle repetitive tasks typically performed by human employees. The company's first product, Alice, automates sales development tasks such as prospecting and outreach.
11x recently introduced Jordan, an AI phone representative capable of conducting inbound and outbound calls in over 30 languages. CEO Hasan Sukkar claims Jordan can engage in conversations lasting up to 30 minutes, sounding "like a real human."
With annual recurring revenue approaching $10 million, 11x.ai counts notable companies like Brex, DataStax, and Otter among its clients. The company plans to introduce additional digital workers in the coming months, expanding its suite of AI agents to cover more roles within GTM functions.
The Series A funding will enable 11x.ai to enhance its product development pipeline, scale its team, and strengthen its presence in the United States, where it has recently relocated its headquarters to San Francisco. Sukkar emphasized the strategic importance of this move, stating, “San Francisco is a hub for innovation and talent in the AI space, which will support our growth and development efforts.”
Benchmark general partner Sarah Tavel, who led the investment, will join 11x's board. The round saw participation from other investors including 20VC, Project A, Lux Capital, and SV Angel.
As AI agent technology evolves, 11x faces competition from established players like UiPath and Salesforce, as well as fellow startups in the rapidly growing AI sales bot market.
