The new capital brings Ambient.ai's total funding to over $72 million. It will empower the startup's mission of preventing security incidents through AI-enabled solutions.
Ambient.ai provides an AI platform that acts as the central "brain" unifying disparate security systems. Its computer vision identifies threats across cameras in real-time and manages access control. Ambient.ai's clientele includes esteemed organizations such as Adobe, VMware, and Impossible Foods. Prior to this funding round, Ambient.ai had raised $52 million in Series A and Series B rounds from investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), SV Angel, and Y Combinator.
The Ambient.ai Context Graph technology is key. It evaluates events through contextual analysis of location, object behaviors, and involved entities. The startup has amassed a library of threat signatures to identify risks from climbing perimeter walls to weapons detection.
Ambient.ai's customer base has expanded over 4X since its stealth launch in 2022. The growth has been fueled by large enterprises in technology, energy, and manufacturing.
