Kyndryl's AI-powered digital business platform, Kyndryl Bridge, will support the end-to-end lifecycle of AI development and implementation for customers using NVIDIA's accelerated computing and software. Kyndryl Consult will also provide domain and industry expertise to help customers test, verify, and deploy generative AI solutions rapidly.
Kyndryl Bridge is an open integration platform that lets you make data-driven decisions, drive engaging customer and employee experiences, quickly respond to and resolve issues when they arise, and run a more stable and reliable operation.
To further accelerate customer adoption of generative AI in mission-critical IT operations, Kyndryl will use NVIDIA's NeMo platform and NIM inference microservices to address common and industry-specific use cases such as customer support, IT operations automation, fraud prevention, and real-time analytics.
Kyndryl is adding generative AI capabilities to its Kyndryl Bridge platform and AIOps services, using NVIDIA NIM to simplify and speed up generative AI deployments for network and application management. This will enable faster processing of failure prediction and analysis, providing comprehensive insights to reduce network and IT infrastructure failure.
